Pixaban

Two of my best friends started a new musical project together this year and their first single “Hold” is out today :

They are called Pixaban, and they are Christelle Atenstaedt and Alice Lacey.

Christelle’s been one of my best mates for almost twenty years now, we used to live together¹. She’s also done solo stuff under the names Bambikill and Orryx.

Alice is a more recent friend and she’s an incredibly talented musician whose first solo album ‘Lesson’ came out in 2023².

A couple of months back the three of us went out in Bristol to make a little teaser video for Hold - I suggested we meet at the motorway bridge at 6pm and of course what happened was we went to three separate bridges, but we figured it out in the end - here’s a few stills from the two teaser videos I put together for them…
